Since the early 1970s, we have been supplying tailored solutions to vehicle manufacturers and suppliers across Sweden and Europe. We have supplied sealing strips and acoustic materials to Tier 1 suppliers for ongoing series production, and we understand the requirements involved when tolerances are tight and volumes are high.
Structure-borne noise damping and squeak prevention for automotive environments
Vibration damping is a fundamental function in vehicle design. Our LD-series bituminous sheets—available in variants ranging from 1.2 to 10 kg/m²—are applied to sheet metal and underbodies to interrupt vibration transmission. Heavy-layer materials are used where the goal is to contain and reflect sound rather than absorb it. We die-cut anti-squeak components made of velour and non-woven polyester into precise shapes; these are self-adhesive and ready for immediate installation at the vehicle's contact points.
Sealing strips and acoustic absorbers in passenger compartments
Cellular rubber sealing strips and extruded profiles—made of EPDM, CR, and NBR—are supplied in the dimensions and hardness grades required by the vehicle design. For passenger compartment acoustics, materials such as Porofib, Lamiflex 301DX, and polyester fiber are used, often featuring hot-melt application for quick and secure installation in confined spaces. All fire-rated materials comply with FMVSS 302.
From prototype to series – with short lead times
We work closely with vehicle manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers as early as the development phase. Our production capabilities range from individual prototypes to full-scale serial supply, and we can adjust geometry, materials, and specifications throughout the project. Sustainability is an integral part of our material selection—recycled textile fibers and polymers are included in many of the solutions we propose.
